“One of our most elegant Russian River Valley Pinot we have produced, the 2023 has delicate aromas of wild berry fruits, subtle mint and loamy earth. The flavors and mouthfeel on the palate are enticing, with a wonderful texture, good acidity and some surprising tannin in the finish. Comprised of 85% Graham Family Vineyard and 15% Morris Ranch.” After a cool and foggy season, this 2023 was the latest ripening and harvested Russian River Pinot Noir ever for August West. 100% de stemmed, aged 80% in neutral barrels and in 20% 1-year-old French oak. No new oak.
