Asil is a distilled spirit with a unique character - a blend of strength and smoothness
that is palate-pleasing. Holding the distinction of being the world’s first-aged Raicilla
and aspiring to discover new horizons.
Protect Designation of Origin
Raicilla is produced and bottled under the rules of the Consejo Mexicano Promotor de la
Raicilla under NOM-142-SSA/SCFI-2014 and the Conformity Assessment Body. Like
tequila and mezcal, Raicilla is a distilled agave spirit with a protected D.O. and about
300 years of known heritage in the southwestern region of Jalisco.
