Black Art 11 has been created using pre-renaissance casks from Bruichladdich Distillery (pre-2001) which have been safeguarded and maturing on Islay for 24 years.
This eleventh release in the limited-edition Black Art range was distilled in 1998. There's a rich layered depth on the palate with dark fruit notes, complex spice and a butterscotch sweetness. Dried fruits come to the fore on the finish with Christmas cake notes of sultanas, fig, marzipan, and lingering honey. This full flavoured single malt is one to be savoured and enjoyed.
