The delicate presence of Lavender and the bold taste of Rosemary create a truly sensory experience. Crafted through a tempered distillation process, the finest American herbs are infused into EG Origin, our base spirit, and gravity fed through coconut husk to create EG Inspiration.
An aspirational infusion, EG Inspiration has received an esteemed approval from Master Sommeliers’ as well as the Silver Medal at the 2010 World Spirits Competition. In 2015, EG Inspiration was a finalist at the Ultimate Spirits Challenge where it received a 92 Point rating. That same year, Inspiration won Best-in-Show and took the Double-Gold Medal at the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Convention.
Unfiltered, tasting this spirit both neat in a bulbed glass as well as after the introduction of ice, or a few drops of distilled water will provide the palate with two distinctly different experiences.
