HAZY BRUT IPA - Collaboration with Columbia Craft Brewing Company
Brewed with our friends from South Carolina’s Columbia Craft Brewing Company, this collaborative beer meshes the newly minted style of Juicy/Hazy IPA with the Brut IPA trend emerging from Southern California. An extra boost of amylase enzyme, a protein found naturally in malt, helps to eliminate residual sugar. The result is a beer that finishes bone dry with nothing to stand in the way of a heavy dry hop with Citra and El Dorado. High protein adjuncts add mouthfeel to partially offset the dry finish. Et Takes Tu drinks extremely dry and effervescent, with flavors and aromas of grapefruit citrus and orange creamsicle.
