100% Prosecco. 4357 was the address of the family's first wine store in Venice, just a few steps from St. Mark's Basilica. Pale straw yellow in colour with light green glints and a soft persistent mousse. On the nose there are hints of green apples backed up with floral notes, on the palate it is smooth and rounded with good length and acidity. Serve chilled as an aperitif. The sweetest of the sparkling wines, a medium-dry style.
