Foradori has been a renowned, now biodynamic, estate in the Dolomites for generations. Teroldego is a varietal that has been planted in this part of the foothills of the Alps since at least the 1300s. It is a unique varietal that calls to mind a fresher higher acid style of Syrah (a genetic cousin.) The nose opens with an alpine edge with forest strawberry, black cherry, balsamic, spruce tips, black pepper and violets.
