You'll want to savor the taste of this premium bourbon made from a blend of 6 different barrels all containing a different mash build/yeast varietal. It's complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth with a delicate, long finish that's unbelievably mellow.
ABV: 52%
NOSE: Spice! Oak, complex dark sweets, dried dark fruit, leather, nuts, vanilla and bits of alkaline bitterness/metallic notes.
PALATE: Spice! Oak, dark fruit, dark sweets, waxy cocoa, roasted nuts, dried corn and some minerally/metallic notes.
FINISH: Long -> Oak, spice, caramel, vanilla and candied citrus
