Humano Tequila Texas Edition is a limited-release collaboration between Humano Tequila and Still Austin Whiskey Co. — a bridge across borders celebrating the magical ways Mexican and Texan cultures come together. Still Austin Whiskey Co. is a grain-to-glass bourbon distillery in Austin, TX, making the finest bourbon exclusively with local Texas grains. Humano Tequila is a single-estate, dirt-to-glass tequila maker rooted in quality, tradition, and innovation. This expression began in 2017 when Humano co-founder Luis Abundis helped Still Austin co-founder Chris Seals take the bourbon from concept to flagship product — and today, the favor is returned in the form of six months of aging in Still Austin's bourbon barrels.

This distinctive reposado reveals warm, inviting notes of cooked agave, ripe apple, vanilla, toasted oak, caramel, and baking spice. Silky and balanced, it carries a subtle whiskey warmth from the bourbon barrel influence and a refined, lingering finish where bright agave meets white oak, creamy vanilla, and toasted caramel. Like Texas itself, this is an experience that may be imitated, but never replicated.

Best enjoyed neat or on the rocks to appreciate the full depth of this collaboration. Exceptional in an elevated cocktail as well.
