The Mexico Decaf delivers a smooth, medium body with a mellow flavor profile that makes it easy to enjoy any time of day. Using the sugarcane decaffeination process, this coffee keeps its natural sweetness and depth of flavor without the caffeine. With notes of rich molasses, subtle ginger, and warm star anise, it brews beautifully as drip, pour over, or French press.

From: Mexico

About: Chiapas, Mexico’s southernmost state, is home to mountain ranges, tropical forests, and volcanic soil that provide ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Here, smallholder farmers grow a mix of Bourbon, Typica, Marsellesa, Oro Azteca, Márago, Caturra, and Peñasco varietals at elevations between 1,300 and 1,600 MASL. Coffees are fully washed and dried on patios or raised beds, producing a clean, sweet, and balanced cup.

This decaf is processed using the sugarcane method, where ethyl acetate from fermented sugarcane gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural character. The result is a flavorful, aromatic, and smooth decaf that proves you don’t need caffeine for a great cup.
