Genuine-spec EPDM o-ring sized to the OR 02012 standard, used as the sealing ring inside Cimbali and Faema auto-frother assemblies, the La San Marco 95 hydraulic circuit manifold, and Marcfi manual-fill valves. EPDM compound holds up to hot water and steam contact far better than a standard nitrile o-ring.

• EPDM (not nitrile/NBR) is the correct compound for this position because it's in constant contact with hot water and steam, a generic nitrile o-ring here will harden and fail within months.
• Lightly grease the o-ring with food-safe silicone grease before reinstalling; it seats easier and lasts longer against the wear of the manifold.
