Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico by one of the last independent founding families, Paladar Toasted Series American Medium Plus Reposado Tequila honors true agave tradition. Estate-grown 7-year Blue Weber agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens, fermented in open-air pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast, then twice distilled in a blend of copper and stainless steel pots. Bottled at 40% ABV, each release is hand-finished and rooted in its volcanic terroir.
Aged in American oak barrels with a medium-plus toast, this reposado reveals bright cooked agave layered with warm baking spice, soft vanilla, light caramel, and a touch of gentle smoke.
