The result is an American rye whiskey with unmatched flavor profiles and complexity, a result of the marriage of ryes from three of the great whiskey states, Widow Jane’s proprietary limestone water, and an artful hand. Widow Jane Paradigm Rye is emblematic of the trifecta arts of distilling, blending and finishing. Paradigm is 5 barrels per batch, never more, of straight ryes from KY, IN & NY (the NY rye having been distilled at WJ Distillery, Red Hook, Brooklyn, NYC).
