Distilled at Port Dundas on August 6, 2008 and aged in a pair of of Oloroso Sherry Butts (second fill) for 16 years. Port Dundas closed the following year and was demolished in 2011 - making this whisky somewhat of a unicorn. To preserve the unique characteristics of this single grain offering, it was bottled without shill-filtering or added colour. Total worldwide outturn:
Nose: Stewed fruits, butterscotch, warm red-fruit tart.
Palate: Sone fruits drizzled in honey, Swiss milk chocolate and oak spices.
Finish: Lingering with Christmas spices and candied fruit.
